Cultivating a talent means taking care of ourselves.

It taught me that patience is the most important thing and that only after many years can you have a result. The immediate result in a plant very often means the death of the plant itself. So patience is something very useful, as they are respect and mutual help, as in my work the respect that I have towards others and others have towards me, this creates a relationship and this also creates a team.
