The advantages of thorough design analysis and digital simulation in the choice of industrial automation components.

LEAS automatic welding lines adopt components chosen on the basis of an accurate and punctual analysis carried out from the initial design stages. Starting from the simplest mechanical components and up to the most complex welding transformers, nothing is left to chance,

The sizing and the choice of components to be used in LEAS plants take place with a view to continuous improvement, optimization of energy consumption and product life cycle, according to the guidelines of Industry 4.0.

In this regard, the company has recently developed a new analysis methodology for resistance welding: it is the use of a new software capable of simulating heat exchange in electrical systems, in particular in welding transformers.

This innovative calculator aims to simulate the temperature and pressure drop behaviour of the different parts and at the same time to optimize the geometries and positioning of the transformer components.
