The customer aims to produce a new design radiator for power transformers with extremely high production flexibility in a sustainable and innovative way, while also increasing its production capacity.

The welding line includes resistance welding technology with both spot and roller welders, suitable for processing both steels and stainless steels. 

The new line features a special multi-pass electric profiling machine for product preparation, along with a head-stamping press, allowing the processing of different materials without stress, ensuring a sustainable process. 

The system ensures the production of 50 complete radiators per hour and has enabled the highest level of automation in the production of this product.
