Let's talk about Fabio Bartoletti, Sports Director and coach.
Some Fabio’s words have particularly struck us:

"Football is a team, it is taking care of the team, it is sharing the talent of individuals for the team. We need to create a culture of sport, a culture of sacrifice, of work and of fun. Today in football you must commit, you must earn your place, you must relate to others. In my job it happens the same, you work with a team because you cannot do everything alone and therefore in a team there is the need to collaborate, that everyone plays their role but also to go further. Sport is a gym for life from which you can learn a lot for your work as well."
