An acquisition which aims to common growth and to reach new goals in the world of automated welding.

We are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of SITEC Sistemi Tecnologici, a company operating in the field of industrial automation and the design of welding machines and systems.

SITEC was founded in the early 90s as a company that designed and built automatic and robotic systems and welding equipment. Today it is a company with considerable experience in the various welding processes, able to offer solutions in the most diversified industrial sectors, where automation solutions, special machines and handling systems are required, which guarantee maximum efficiency and reliability.

The acquisition, which began in the last months of 2023 and was completed last March, is in line with Leas' development strategy in the field of automation of welding processes.

Through this acquisition, Leas aims to increase the opportunities to establish itself on the market as a technological partner able to meet the needs of increasingly large market segments that require cutting-edge technologies and integrated systems for welding.
