Moments of sharing to create a solid bridge between school and the world of robotics automation industry.

During these moments we tell the students about our vision, our development strategies, our internal processes, our method in managing projects and innovation but also about life in the company, the importance of relationships and sharing" tells us Valentina Ramina, who has been responsible for the internal commercial department for more than ten years and who has recently acquired also the responsibility of coordinating training activities in LEAS.
"Training and growth of people is in fact a topic of huger importance today for sustainable robotics and automation engineering and for our company. One of the projects that we love more is GROW HUB, a company dimension that we want to make a hub of skills, knowledge, experiences, values and behaviors. A space where people can meet, can share to create new opportunities for comparison and growth with specific and transversal training proposals. Even the projects that we have been carrying out for some years now with schools and universities are part of this vision. Projects that aim, again, to bring together skills, ideas and innovative ways of doing things that lead both to the growth of the human capital of the different generations who meet in the company, and value to the industry of our territory in the global panorama. Moreover, speaking about technological innovation, in GROW HUB we aim to create a 5.0 space in which automations also become an active part in the process of people's growth. Valentina also tells about how people really have a lot of fun in the company during their breaks. "In the new headquarters, inaugurated in 2021, we have internal spaces dedicated to analysis and testing such as the metrology room and the welding test area where we carry out welding tests for customers, robotic simulation systems and virtual reality, but we also have a SMART MEETING RELAX ROOM, PLAY GROUND COFFEE & SNACK AREA to make the work environment more and more positive, creative and collaborative. It is precisely in this area that we meet for our soccer games or where we all become sport cars drivers challenging each other in the Formula One simulator."
