Welding components can be interfaced to the programmable controller via Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, EtherNet, TCP. All functions of the welding control are configured from the HMI.
Welding Controllers
Welding controllers for setting, managing and verifying welding parameters customized to the machine type.
Welding controllers are made in-house, and they offer customers two different welding systems: medium-frequency inverters and 50/60Hz controllers with important advantages such as extensive experience in programming and welding parameters in different applications, reliability of specific algorithms and consistency of the welding process, scalability, and last but not least, best-in-class energy efficiency.
Welding Transformers
Welding transformers are the core of any welding system, which is why, like welding controls, they are made in LEAS.
In fact, the performance level of a welding process, particularly its consistency and reliability, comes from the perfect combination of transformers and welding controls.
