what is capacitive discharge welding?
Capacitive discharge welding as a process is similar to resistance welding. The difference lies in the high energy that is applied in a very short time frame (a few milliseconds) compared to resistance welding. This technology enables welding of high-resistance steels and projection welds with large thicknesses and larger welding areas.
