Robotics cell virtualization achieves zero error between the ideal environment and the virtual environment.

Today we asked him "What are the sectors in which Leas is most active now?"

In the field of sheet metal working we approach customers who usually unload from laser cutting, store the sheets that then have to be processed. So we create solutions that automatically allow you to directly serve cells that deal with the single process such as welding, bending or versatile cells that can be more or less standard solutions but that are customized according to customer needs.

In industrial welding we can provide standard solutions called "Function Package" which provide a robot, a positioner equipped with its own set of welds that allow an operator to load and unload the masks and the robot in masked time to perform welds.

The advantage of our solutions is also from the point of view of offline programming because we take advantage of the possibility of having absolute robots or robots in which the error is made to a minimum and through an offline programming there is cell virtualization having a zeroing of the error between the ideal environment and the virtual.

It allows the customer to never stop the robot and potentially study the programming of its details directly from the off-line, thus being able to evaluate well the dimensions and cycle times, the welding meters actually necessary and check if the dimensions compared to the 3D of the piece, the 3D of the mask and together with the 3D of the cell create a system consistent with what is expected in reality.

This significantly optimizes the industrialization times of the product, but the same concept can also be seen in the field of bending, where we have more or less standard solutions that can in turn be customized according to the customer's needs.

So we have the possibility to have an offline programming that allows you to review the bend sequences to then allow the robot to be programmed and the operator not to have to waste time having to study the best program and the best folding sequences since it is done automatically in offline in order to optimize the processing of the products to the maximum."
