Automation and the new process logistics system, have enabled a 30 percent footprint reduction.
The reclaimed space, together with the new elevated buffering system, helped significantly increase the capacity of the storage areas.

Daily production increased from 400 to 1,500 frames per day, working the same number of hours

Personnel costs are REDUCED BY 80%

When the tolerances we need to meet are very tight, as was the case in this project, the risk is to make automation too complex, and consequently expensive, in order to meet those requirements. But at the same time, the risks that are involved will increase. Being able to put together and simplify things is the best road to take, and it’s often the most difficult to find, but also the only one that leads to success.
