A HYBRID SPACE OF GROWTH
LEAS Grow Hub has born from the experience gained over the years and the passion for our work. A hybrid space, where the know-how acquired day after day at a global level becomes opportunity to share skills and ideas, discussions and growth and that become training proposals signed by our trainers and experts in the sector.
A training area to make known the best technologies, but not only that. Topics cover all business areas, from technical (welding, automation and robotics), legal and regulatory, engineering (design and simulation), sales, organization, processes, quality and last but not least, the soft skills.
A COMPLETE TRAINING PROPOSAL
LEAS Grow Hub training activities are structured in different levels:
Key Training Program: training courses necessary to perform company functions according to LEAS organization standards and in compliance with current regulations;
Empowerment Training Program: advanced training courses held by internal trainers and external experts on hard and soft skills for people empowerment;
Open Innovation Program: training courses and focus groups on high technological topics and development of integrated and innovative solutions in collaboration with partner companies.
GROW HUB 5.0
In the GROW HUB 5.0 project, LEAS automation controls also become an active part in the process of people's growth. In fact, these are no longer entrusted only with the task of managing data, guaranteeing machine seld-learning and process efficiency, but through an Advanced HMI concept, LEAS aims to provide a valuable user experience to the person, restoring skills and know-how and thus favouring the training and re-skilling processes of the operators.
