Not only design and construction of high productivity lines, in which LEAS is partner of companies and international groups in various sectors such as household appliances, HVAC, metal furniture, electrical systems to name a few, but also flexible and versatile solutions aimed at satisfying production, especially in the market such as the Italian one, where flexibility, speed and the coexistence of diversified families and small lots represent everyday life for many companies of the metal processing industry.
The robotics division is organized today with a number of highly specialized technicians to make the robot a reference point to improve the process within our automation and to design, build and produce versatile cells, where the robot is the heart of automation, whether they are aimed at individual processes, such as welding, bending or inside a machine with loading/unloading machine tool or end of line.
The after-sales service is another flagship of the LEAS robotics division: supply of spare parts, interventions on faults, ordinary and preventive maintenance, diagnosis and resolution of faults on robots.
The customer must feel protected and accompanied not only during the installation and start up phases of the system and during the warranty period. but throughout the life cycle of his asset.
The customer is also aware of having a partner company that follows him throughout his production process with solutions that allow him to change his production daily or every x hour or even every hour to allow the manufacturing of more families and small batches.
We often start from partially or completely manual productions and invest the necessary time with the customer to study together with their technical offices and operations the best technical solution and get to optimize the processes through automation.
